The mission of the Junior League is to promote voluntarism, develop the potential of women and improve our community.  This includes financial support to other organizations and causes in the Yakima Valley including Community Assistance Fund

Community Impact Focus

The Junior League of Yakima strives to impact the community by designing programs with a teen focus, Empowering Girls—Inspiring Leaders. All programs are designed to promote positive self-image and create new opportunities for girls in Yakima.  The Junior League of Yakima offers financial support to other organizations and causes that focus on empowering girls in the Yakima Valley.

If you are interested in applying to receive a grant from the Junior League of Yakima please fill out the application.  Applications are available in December and must be postmarked by February 5, 2018. Recipients are announced April 10, 2018.
